| 提出了一种基于地理信息系统(GIS)和可拓综合优度评价的变电站选址新方法.结合工程实际,建立了变电站选址指标体系.选择了合理的变电站选址影响因子,并赋予各影响因子适当的权重.利用GIS强大的数据管理和分析功能,在GIS平台上建立了变电站选址的可拓综合优度评价模型,实现了选址模型的计算机求解.工程实例表明,该方法增强了选址的合理性和有效性,提高了选址的可视化程度及工作效率. |

| Based on geographic information system (GIS) and extensive comprehensive evaluation, a new substation locating method is proposed. An index system for substation locating is established based on engineering practices. The reasonable influence factors for substation locating are selected, and the appropriate weights are given. Based on the powerful data management and analysis function of GIS, an extensive comprehensive evaluation model for substation locating is established on the GIS platform, and this model gets a computer solution. Engineering practice shows that the method improves the rationality and validity of substation locating, and improves the visualization and work efficiency in substation locating. |
