| SF6是中高压领域应用最广的气体绝缘与灭弧介质，但该气体是一种强温室气体，对环境存在严重威胁。长期以来，国内外在SF6替代气体探索方面开展了大量研究工作，近期取得了许多积极进展。本文综述了SF6替代气体的最新研究进展，重点介绍了SF6替代气体的绝缘性能和灭弧性能研究情况，并在此基础上汇总了环保型中高压电力设备的研制与应用进展。最后，对该领域的现状与下一步的研究方向进行了探讨。 |

| SF6 is the most widely used gas insulation and arc extinguishing medium in the field of medium and high voltage, but it is a strong greenhouse gas, which poses a serious threat to the environment.For a long time, a lot of research work has been done on SF6 alternative gas exploration at home and abroad, and a lot of positive progress has been made recently. This paper reviews the latest research progress of SF6 substitute gas, mainly introduces the insulation and arc extingu ishing performance of SF6 substitute gas, and summarizes the development and application progress of environment- friendly medium and high voltage power equipment on this basis.Finally, the present situation and future research direction of this ?e ld are discussed. |
