      介绍聚合物绝缘失效对电网的安全运行造成严重的影响,聚合物纳米复合电介质作为第三代绝缘材料表现出优异的电气特性,其中短时击穿及长时失效是纳米复合电介质的关键性能之一。针对目前纳米电介质的研究现状,综述了纳米电介质的短时击穿、真空沿面闪络、耐电晕、耐局部放电、耐电树老化、疏水特性以及其非线性电导特性,讨论了纳米掺杂对以上性能的改善机理。总结了纳米电介质研究的关键理论和技术问题,认为纳米粒子和聚合物基体之间的界面区是影响纳米电介质电气、理化、机械等性能的关键,并指出对纳米电介质界面区的认识及调控是今后的研 究方向和重点。
英文摘要:
      Insulation fairlue of polymers leads to serious influences on the security operation of power system. As the third generation insulating materials, polymer nanocomposites exhibit superior electrical performance. The short-term breakdown and long-term fairlure are the key properties in polymer nanocomposites. This paper reviews the short-term breakdown, vacuum surface ?ashover,corona resistance, partial dischare resistance, electrical tree resistance, hydrophobic properties and non-linear conductivity properties of nano-dielcetrics, and also discussed the mechanisms of the above improvements in nanocomposites. The key theory and technology of nano-dielectrics are summarized, and it is considered that the interface region between nano-particles and polymers is the key which in?uence the whole electrical performance, physical and chemical performance, and mechanical performances of nano- dielectrics. Finally, It is pointed out that the recognition and regulation the interface region is the research foucs in the future.
