      研究了有功负载电流开断下三氟碘甲烷(CF3I)的分解特性。通过用气相色谱质谱联用方法鉴别分解产物的种类和含量。研究结果表明,工频交流击穿或经历200A负载电流开断后,仅有少于1%的CF3I气体被分解。当电流增大到400A时,95%以上的CF3I气体分解为四氟化碳(CF4)和六氟乙烷(C2F6)。通过求解最小Gibbs自由能的方法获得了平衡态CF3I在不同温度下组分分布规律,并以此探讨CF3I分解规律。
英文摘要:
      This paper is devoted to detecting decomposition characteristics of Iodotrifluoromethane (CF3I) under load current interruptions. The decomposition products are measured utilizing chromatography-mass spectroscopy. It is found that less than 1% CF3I gas is decomposed after several interruptions at a current of 200 A or hundred times of alternating current (AC) discharges. However, underinterruptions at a current of 400 A, more than 95% CF3I gas is decomposed into carbon tetra?uoride (CF4), hexa?uoroethane (C2F6). The equilibrium compositions based on Gibbs free energy minimization of CF3I were calculated to explain the decomposition mechanism.
