      某电网内接入多家企业的余热发电站,余热发电量只能用于内部负荷消纳,不能上送电网,如果相关继电保护设计不符合要求,将威胁电网和设备安全运行。本文以某钢铁厂余热发电站为例,对其相关继电保护配置进行分析计算,提出一套适合余热发电站的继电保护配置及发电机整定计算方案,既符合技术标准,也满足并网要求。
英文摘要:
      Xinping power gird is connected to several waste heat power stations of enterprises, waste heat power generation can only be used for internal power supply, can not be sent to the power grid. If the related relay protection design is not conforms to technical standards, it will threaten the safe operation of the power grid and equipment. In this paper, taking the waste heat power station of a steel plant as an example, analyzes and calculates its related relay protection con?guration, and put forward a set of relay protection configuration and generator setting calculation scheme suitable for the waste heat power station, both conforms to the technical standards, also meet the requirements of power grid.
